Friday Afternoon

I was driving home on an unseasonably warm 75 degree October day in Chicagoland, iPod plugged in and cranked up, windows down, sunroof open on the MINI, as I sang a rousting version of "If I had $1,000,000." Later, the situation was the same, only the song was "Rockin' the Suburbs," a song about the perils of being, and I quote, "male, middle class, and white."

I'm glad I could take advantage of one of the last warm days.
